Students who complete the Secondary programme obtain the globally recognized IGCSE qualifications, giving them access to further education worldwide including the IB Diploma Programme.
North Zealand International School (NIS) is a private day school, with children from the age of 3 to 16. The language of instruction at the school is English and the children also have an opportunity to learn the host nation’s language, Danish.
NIS is the international department of NGG, one of Denmark’s largest private schools; Nordsjællands Grundskole og Gymnasium samt HF.
The school is accredited with the International Curriculum Association to offer the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), an authorised Cambridge Centre and able to offer the IB Diploma Programme as an authorised IB World School.
NIS has membership of the Educational Collaborative for International Schools (ECIS) and the Nordic Network of International Schools.
